BRISTOL, UK – FEB 3rd 2026 – Spandex Group, a global leader in innovative solutions for the sign, graphics, wrapping and architectural markets, is pleased to announce the appointment of its new Chief Executive Officer, John Penninck, effective immediately.

John is a Belgian-born professional with more than 25 years of international leadership experience in industrial, manufacturing and private equity–backed businesses.

Prior to this role, he served as CEO of Sports & Leisure Group, the leading European supplier of artificial grass solutions, where he guided the company through a period of sustained growth, operational improvement and international expansion – requiring resilience, operational discipline and strategic clarity.
