Zurich, Switzerland – Spandex, the one-stop supplier of complete and innovative solutions to the digital printing and sign making industries, announces the opening of its new, purpose built headquarters in the outskirts of Zurich, Switzerland.
The new premises include a 5000m2 warehouse, office space for 60 staff and an area of 560m2 dedicated to trainings, workshops and a state-of-the-art showroom featuring all of the latest equipment and materials. The relocation will combine Spandex’s two current facilities enabling the company to showcase even more equipment and provide the most modern working environment to both staff and visitors.
Rod Larson, CEO of Spandex comments, “Our new headquarters in Zurich will enable visitors to see a wide range of our offerings under one roof and the different applications that can be achieved. We will be running a series of workshops covering vehicle wrapping, architectural products and applications, and window films in the new year, which will help guide customers through new areas in which they can take their business.”
The showroom will feature equipment and print samples from many leading brands including Rollsroller, Mimaki, Mutoh, Seiko and SwissQprint. Materials from brands such as 3M, Avery Dennison, ImagePerfect, Orafol, Mactac and X-Film will also be on show covering applications including vehicle wrapping, architectural and textile print, among others.
With new, improved machines on site for storing and converting materials, and streamlined picking and ordering systems, these efficient stock management procedures in the warehouse with enable further improvements to the already high levels of customer service that Spandex prides itself on.
